Here are the requirements to be a mentor:
On a full time basis be a student, work or operate a business
Be at Least 21 years old
Be able to make a firm commitment to the program from September to May
No history of charges past or present, involving criminal activity, especially child molestation
Have patience in dealing with young men that are developing into men
